Any idea what this is?

Any idea what these spots are on my child’s tongue? She is fine in herself, no temp etc but has had a cold..
Will be calling docs in the morning but just wondered if anyone else had something similar & knows what it could be!

Looks a bit like strawberry tongue which is most usually associated with scarlet fever

I did think that myself but she has no temperature or anything just literally a sore tongue! We went doctors and he was useless and just said her tongue could have been dry!? Never heard a response like that before lol! If she gets a temp over weekend I’ll call 111 xx
