Hey everyone,

I think it might just be me worrying about giving my child too many vitamins but I thought I’d ask anyways.

my sister is encouraging me to start giving my toddler the mollers omega 3 supplement in addition to his normal vitamins.

when I google how much of each vitamin is safe. Every website gives me a different answer and nhs website isn’t specific.

he currently takes the peppa pig gummies. 1 a day.

does anyone know much about this and could advise?

I work in this industry and generally speaking the body simply passes out what it doesn't need, also the RDA (recommended daily allowances) are up for debate. The only thing that you can have too much of is Vitamin A but you would need a mammoth dose to do any damage. I would stick to one good multi vit, Vitabiotics are quite good. A better brand would be Cytoplan kids gummies or Viridian do amazing vitamin blends with no filler ingredients.
