Help what’s wrong with my newborn **Content warning - not for the faint-hearted**

She is 9 weeks old and she is pooing mucus. She was vaccinated 2 days ago.
google scared me about bowel blockage. I don’t know what to do. It happened just now.
day 1 she cried and cried and looked on pain after vaccination but today she is settled and she seems ok in herself and didn’t even have to give her any pain relief

To me, that looks like a very normal breastfed baby nappy?

I can't speak for formula feeding as I wouldn't know but if she's breastfed this looks completely normal to me! And the unsettledness the day of/after vaccinations is totally normal too.
