Chicken pox - is this ok?

I'm on round three of chicken pox, middle child (5) was first, followed by eldest(8), and now youngest (22m) it's been 3 weeks of pox so far 😭
My eldest definitely had the most spots, and was struggling to eat for a while as had some in her throat. She's now just waiting for them to all scab over so she can go back to school, middle is back at school already
Youngest came out in spots on Saturday, I think more are still coming up, she's kind of ok in herself (a whirlwind normally anyway) maybe a slight temp (thermometer isn't working), but she obviously doesn't understand she can't scratch, I've cut her nails right down, covered as much skin as possible and keeping a close eye to stop any scratching that I see, but she's definitely made a few worse by scratching them

Anyway, she has a couple close to her eye which are very red today, and I'm not sure if it's the start of an infection or potentially just where they're on delicate skin?

Added an image for opinions 🙂 also added the couple that I think she's scratched
