My little has come home from nursery with this on their arm. Doesn’t seem bothered by it and can’t seem to see any other on the body!

I'd wait until morning. If it hasn't multiplied and it's not bothering them then nothing really to worry about

That looks like the first chickenpox spot. See if any more pop up today. It’s doing the rounds so is most likely that.

I looked after a little girl with these and they were called molluscum. It looks like that kind of spot.
