2yo with Flu (B) and RSV

Has anyone had any experience of having both Flu and RSV together. 2 year old DD has been unwell on and off for the last 10 days but on Wednesday got considerably worse with a high fever and terrible cough.
DD was confirmed as having both after a swab in hospital on Thursday.
sent home with instructions to give calpol/ibuprofen and let her rest.

is it usual for her to be sleeping constantly? When she does wake she is whimpering and will not sit/stand up.
her fever is still terrible and only comes down briefly with medicine.

im not sure if its a case of just waiting it out, or if I should have expected any improvement at all by now.

I’ll just say DD has not have the flu vaccine as she has only just turned 2 last month.

Hi OP

How's your DD this evening?

Has her temp come down at all? Is she eating, drinking, weeing? How high is the fever and what does it come down to after medicine?

If your gut feeling is that she's not improving and your instinct is that she's not ok, I'd call 111 and have her seen by OOH or if you're near a hospital that isn't completely snowed under just take her to be checked.
