Face rashes

Good morning

My daughter keeps waking up with these itchy spots/hives on her face.

Hostory- about a month ago, she was diagnosed with glandular fever, she has also had strep, tonsillitis and ear infection.

Any idea? I'm changing her pillows today to see if that helps. No one else in the house has anything like this. Pets have had flea treatment.

Could she be sensitive to the detergent you use?

Are her sheets changed often enough?

Is it only after sleep she gets them or do they occur other times too?

They do occur at other times too, sometimes on her arms and legs. It does seem to affect her face and lips more though.

Her bedding is changed weekly, sometimes more often.

I have used fairy pods since she was a baby. So unless something has changed in them. I could try something else and see.
