Reoccurring spots on face

Since last Friday my 8 year old daughter has red spots on her face that appear then dissappear with no apparent cause!

They do itch when they appear and are red then they dissappear.. it is so strange!

My daughter is very allergy prone, she has an anti histamine and nasal spray daily for dust allergies and is also asthmatic.

I have been applying sudocrem when the rash appears to sooth the itch .. but it just keeps coming back.

Any ideas what this might be? Could it be hives? We haven't changed anything as she's allergic to most washing powders and all her new christmas Pj's etc have been washed prior to use, no new body washes etc.. and it is just localised to her face.

I will be taking her to the GP this week if this persists.

TIA.

Could be food related. My son is lactose intolerant and gets these if he’s accidentally had something with dairy.
