This showed up about 2-3 weeks ago but has steadily been getting bigger. Son has no other symptoms (no fever etc). Occasionally, it does hurt to the touch. Is this serious? Who would one see? An ENT or a skin doctor? We won’t be able to see GP until Jan 2nd but getting quite worried.

It feels fleshy / swollen but not hard.

I think I would go to a pharmacy now or to minor injuries. I wouldn’t leave it. It looks infected.
