This rash keeps appearing on my 7 day old daughter, any ideas?

Aw, poor sweetie. I'm sorry I don't know for sure, but looks like a sore patch from a runny nose maybe? Newborn skin goes through a lot of strange stages so it's probably just dry or something, but hopefully someone else will come along with a better idea. Congratulations x
