Toddler leg bruises

Do these bruises look normal or something to worry about? I’m confident he’s not being mistreated as he spends almost 100% of time with me or if in others care he is within my earshot. So it’s more a case of is it a health concern. He walks but does play roughly and crawls around with his baby sibling.

I'm NOT a medical expert (but this will bump the topic for you) but all I would say is that a line of bruises like that looks like repeatedly bumping it on something, rather than anything to worry about. Is he well in himself?

Has he been swimming recently and climbing out of the pool? I'd be getting that checked out though.
