DS3 became unwell 3 days ago with a high temp, faster than usual breathing and he was just very tired. With calpol he soldiered on and was still playing, eating, drinking. He was quite grumpy and emotional.
No other symptoms like a cough or cold.
Yesterday he had no appetite from afternoon and by night he started to have terrible diarrhoea. He's had 6 episodes. It's a very strong horrible smell. He's also been quite tender anywhere on his body, saying 'oww' a lot and looks kind of stiff when he's walking about.
He's just having a nap. He's been eating and drinking well again today. I'm on the fence whether to see a doctor? Just wondered if anyone has had similar or knows what it could be?
