Chest pains in child

For the last 6 weeks my 6 year old daughter has been complaining of chest pains.
They occur in the left side of her chest where her heart is and they are sharp and stabbing in nature, last only 1-5 seconds then go away. She literally grabs her chest and gets upset.
She gets them most days, sometimes up to 5/6 times, then sometimes she won’t get it for a few days. She didn’t mention it for 10 days in a row so I thought it had gone but it’s come back.
We’ve seen 2 GP’s who both listened to her chest and said it’s likely muscular and sent us on our way. Today we went to the ER, they did an EKG which they said was normal.
I’m very concerned and don’t know what to do.
Does anyone know if any deficiencies can cause this? I’m thinking of asking for some blood tests to be done.
