Swollen eye 3 year old

Swelling went away but my DDs eye had swollen very quickly yesterday and the other started to do the same but not the same extent. Anyone seen this before and know what it was?

Possible allergy?

You need to get her checked by a hcp
it may be nothing but if the eye is bulging it could be serious
if it is the eyes lids just puffy then prob an allergy

Her eyes have swollen again and she spiked another fever and has started vomiting, doctors said all just viral
