Does this look like molloscum?

Or like a bite? It's next to what looks like molloscum (been there a few weeks), not sure if it's a new molloscum spot or DS got bitten? Do molloscum spots start like this, maybe when scratched?

This morning it looked like a pimple with a white head, it's now less defined but more red

Hard to tell. Molloscum have a small crater in the middle. That's how I could tell DS had it. Either way it doesn't look anything to worry about.
