What is this!? Spot on face

I am going to call the doctors in the morning, but my daughter has just appeared this on her face this evening, wasn’t here today! It’s like a large spot and doesn’t really hurt her, but I have no idea, my son had one on his forehead 1 day ago but not as big? Just looked like a spot, they have runny noses but nothing else so far. Active and hyper as usual I’m really confused. Il attach a pic x

Have they had chickenpox?

Have you checked them all over for more spots? At first glance it does look like chicken pox.

From that photo it looks like chickenpox to me

Agree with PPS - looks blistery rather than a spot. Check her torso, they usually start there.

Agree it looks like chicken pox. Doesn’t look like it needs the doctor if she’s not bothered by it.

It does look quite like chickenpox but my only other suggestion is early stage of an impetigo spot. My DC had one recently that started as a spot and quickly went crusty and needed
ointment to clear.

Sorry I should have added she had full blown bad chickenpox 4 weeks ago so it can’t be that surely? She’s still got marks on her body from the chickenpox still. This is like a bump / spot

I'd just put some calamine lotion on it and see what it's like in the morning.
