My 3 year old has had diarrhoea for a couple of days and been off food but completely fine otherwise. This mornings bowel movement was completely normal and when asking if they felt better they said yes. Has been eating fine today and normal happy self still.
However we just got home and it was like a tap (sorry for tmi). How can this be after being normal this morning? Is it a bug or something else?
