3yo woke up this morning and has been coughing non stop. No fever but behaving and looking poorly.
He's vomited twice mucusy water. I know some kids always vomit when they have a cough but this is his first time!!! Wouldn't normally panic but we're hosting people for Christmas and my husband is on nights at the moment so I'm doing all the childcare , praying it's not a stomach bug 🫣
