Shins are a very typical location for mobile toddlers, if you are worried they don't look right it's not wrong to have her seen at GP.

Normally I would say that shin bruises are a classic place for innocent bruises in mobile toddlers, but that does look like quite a lot more such bruises than you tend to see in the average toddler. Probably worth seeing the GP.

I would see your GP. My DD10 had similar but she is a footballer so to be expected. GP wasn’t concerned.

obviously your DD is quite a bit younger so it wouldn’t hurt to go and get it checked.

Maybe she bangs her shins into her cot bars.
Connects with steps into the house or car.
Collides into ladders on playground swing sets.
Bangs her shins when climbing into the highchair.
Whacks the shin against her pedals of her bike.

Watch her for a few days and examine her usual activities.
