Mucus in toddler poop

My toddler sometimes has a slimey jelly like mucus in her poop, maybe once every week sometimes more. Her poops have been somewhat of a concern, she will often have a normal formed poo in the morning then they gradually get looser throughout the day, more like a runny paste rather than wet poo, very smelly and sometimes undigested food. Have been docs and suggested a food diary. I don’t think it could be a dairy allergy as she has cows milk every single day and sometimes is fine. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this

It might be worth completing a poo diary alongside the food diary, using the Bristol stool chart. You might be able to see a link between food and poop.
