Boys testicular pain

Hi there everyone…I was wondering if any mothers of young boys have experienced anything similar.
my son is almost 11 years old and is showing a few signs of puberty however this last week he has been complaining of pain in his testicles..we have had him checked and scanned and everything looks normal..anyone else ever heard of something like this..could it be growing pains ?

I think it must be or from exercise or wind. DS was checked several times for testicular torsion at a similar age. Once we went twice in a week and they basically rolled their eyes at me. DS would say it was really painful but always seemed to stop by the time he got to an and e. The doctors suggested the pain would be at a level that made him vomit etc. he hasn’t mention it in the last year so I do wonder if it was when they were growing. Also seemed to come on after long hikes where maybe there was some jiggling about?

Hi my 11 year old has also been complaining of this and has been checked at the hospital for torsion but was fine, they couldn't find a reason for it. He says it's more of an ache and sometimes a stabbing pain, I wondered if it was just things changing/puberty maybe?!

Just saw this thread. My son is the same, lately been complaining that his testicles hurt for the past week. He’s 11 and 12 in January
