Hi, Three year old has been unwell since Sunday. Temp on and off, cough, lethargic. Today his tongue looks like this. He did have a cold last week prior to this. Eating poor but drinking ok.Trying to get a drs appt is near impossible🙈 any thoughts?

Ask for a strep test. Check pictures of Strawberry Tongue with strep.

Sorry I forgot to attach pic of my one’s tongue it was strep - it is bright red like a strawberry which is key feature. Hope that helps 💞
