Hands foot and mouth

My 8 month old has came out in these spots unsure if there hand foot and mouth she got them on her arms and legs as well

Anyone any advice

My 19 month old granddaughter had it last week and even the hospital weren’t sure if it was HFM or chicken pox but tended towards HFM.
She had them all over but wasn’t particularly unwell or itchy.
I think I’ve now got it. Was just waiting to hear from my boss if I should stay at home but she’s phoned and said to go in (I’m a GP receptionist).
