My 3 YO has had a low grade fever since last night. Ranging from 37.7-38.0. Otherwise totally well within himself, playing away all day. No complaining/tired etc. Off food slightly (has eaten a lot of fruit and ice lollies mainly) and drinking plenty. Anyone else experienced this? I noticed yesterday he was swallowing as if it was sore to swallow but he’s not complained of a sore throat. Previous history he constantly has throat infections/tonsillitis so waiting to be seen by ENT but he’s not complaining of anything. Just slightly off his food and a bit on the warmer side
