Black head or mole

Hello all!
my son has had this thing on his nose almost since birth. He is well over 3 now and i’m
nor sure if this is a blackhead or a mole in the making.
should I consult a dermatologist, his paediatrician didn’t think much of it.
Anyone who’s had a similar looking spot?

Impossible to say from those photos but if you are even half considering something on your child’s face might need a dermatologist why are you asking unqualified strangers on the internet?

Looks like a freckle? Even if it’s a mole….what do you want a dermatologist to do about it?

I thought moles can have deep roots and turn nasty too. So if it’s that, have it addressed sooner rather than later.

it cant possibly take the place of a doctors advice if you’re worried though.
