What does this rash look like?

My dd has come out in this rash all over her chest, abdomen and back. I've taken her to the Pharmacist, who has said it could be the start of Chicken Pox or an allergic reaction.

She feels OK so far but she won't take any medication (sensory issues) so won't take antihistamines. I can't take her to school in case it is chicken pox 😒

Don't think it is cp, spots tend to be larger and more defined, Is it itchy? Lots of viral illnesses present with a rash usually as they start ti feel better. Have you changed washing powder or bath wash?

I said to the pharmacist I don't think it's chicken pox as that usually blisters first, he said it can start very much like this .

No haven't changed anything at all.

She has had a slightly sore throat, so was thinking it could be Scarlet fever.
