We got sent to the children’s hospital last night after my 12yo son complained of groin pain. We were told it was a testicular appendix and that it should ease itself in time. He isn’t in pain if he’s just sitting but walking seems to aggravate it.
I was wondering if anyone else’s child had this and if you were told to keep them at home to rest and not go to school etc?
The doctors weren’t specific and I know I should have asked when I was there but my son was so anxious and crying that I was focusing on trying to calm him and keep him from trying to leave the hospital
