What's this rash?

Hi all,

Can't get a GP appt today so thought I'd seek the medical expertise of MN!

My daughter has this rash around her mouth which has spread now and on her nose. Any idea what it is? Has had it for over a week but has gotten worse since yesterday
Also has a cold and runny nose.
Don't think it's hand foot and mouth as no spots anywhere else.

The image isn't very clear but I'd suggest you speak to a pharmacist. Some of it looks a little yellow/ crusty, is that right? If so, it could be impetigo and some antibiotic cream will sort it. A pharmacist will be able to prescribe if she is one; if not you do need to speak to the GP.
