16 week vaccinations

My daughter turns 16 weeks next week & I haven’t had an appointment for her routine 16 week vaccinations. The other two I received atleast three-four weeks in advance & now I’m worried that she isn’t going to receive it. Her 8 week caccination she received when she was bang on 8 weeks, she then received her 12 week vaccinations when she was one day away from turning 13 weeks. Every other appointment she’s had they’ve arrived with plenty of notice. Did anyone else experience a delay around vaccinations ? Is this an appointment I have to book myself or do they get booked for me through Locala (for the UK based people here) 🤔

If her 2nd vaccines were late then the next ones will be late too as there's a minimum number of weeks between the vaccines

Should I have already received the appointment date though ? Even if she is to have them late due to her 12 weeks ones being nearly a week late that means she should be getting them in 2 weeks time. Normally I relieve a letter atleast three weeks in advance.

Just ring your doctors and you’ll be able to book in
