Newborn question!! (Not sure what topic it falls under!)

Hello, I've noticed my week old baby, her skin is peeling in the area where the nappy is done up on her lower tummy, Is this normal? I know their skin can peel but I'm wondering if it's because of her nappy? Is there anything I can do, or just leave it be? She isn't peeling anywhere else

Is it like flaky dry skin? If so aveeno moisturiser is very gentle.

Yeah it's really normal! Both mine it seemed like their entire body peeled gradually. I didn't moisturise it and it just disappeared eventually.
