Sore tummy and sore throat?

DS 6 has had
a sore tummy for a couple of days- says it’s “scratchy” sore 🤷‍♀️calpol and ibuprofen help but he’s had a little bit of loose poos but not full blown diahhrea. He’s come home from school saying it’s still sore and now his throat is too but he won’t let me look. No fever and still eating and drinking tho less than usual. any viruses around that cause sore throat and tummy? Normally they are separate bugs in my experience!

Also not sure if scratchy means sharp -
he just shrugs and gets annoyed if I ask him questions 🤦‍♀️
