Sickness but or something else ?

Yesterday my 2 and half year old complained of a 'sore head'
I didn't think much of it, she carried on playing and was fine
She then awoke during the night complaining of sore head, I gave her some calpol and she went back to sleep pretty quickly

(She has been very blocked up this week)

She has been okay today. But this evening she has complained of a sore head again, but then she was saying sore tummy. One minute she says head, then she says tummy. She does often suffer from constipation as wekk

She had now thrown up which has worried me (because of the sore head as well)

My son jas a 24hr sickness but the other day so I'm unsure if this is related or something else (I'm a terrible person for worrying)

If your son had a sickness bug the other day then I would put it down to her feeling unwell in the lead up to being physically sick. I would keep her hydrated and make sure she rests as much as she can. Hopefully the bug passes soon and if she’s still complaining of a sore head after the sickness has stopped then you could book an appointment with your gp to get a check up.
is her eyesight okay? Could she may be straining her eyes?

I was going to say migraine until you mentioned your son has just got over a sickness bug.
I'd say that's what your DD is suffering from, the headache could have been a symptom in the lead up or possibly due to her blocked sinuses.
I hope she feels better soon.

She slept well and seems a lot happier this morning , fingers crossed she will be okay now
