Stubbed toe! What to expect

Hi everyone

My nearly 3 yo stubbed his toe tonight. I felt so bad for him as he was quite upset :( but fine after a cuddle.
Looks like he's bent the nail back.. I'm a worrier when it comes to health. Anyone know what to expect?

Bruising ? Will the nail fall off? Do I need to use an antibiotic cream on it for a while? I've popped a plaster on it for tonight as he done it just before getting into bed.

Any help appreciated

Just keep it vaguely clean. It'll bruise. Er, otherwise leave it be. No need to worry.
