What are these spots

My 8 month old has been out of sorts the last week and really upset, no temperature but now has these spots. Not sure what they could be, any ideas!?!

chicken pox to me

Hand foot and mouth is doing thr rounds. This looks similar. Although its called hand foot and mouth the spots can appear anywhere.

Out of sorts, then spots could well be Chicken Pox.
Where in the body are they? Are there any on the torso? CP normally starts there. (Although for DD it started on her legs).
