Help with urine dip test results

I’ve noticed my daughter is going to the toilet more frequently today. We’ve used some at home urine test strips which shows her urine as positive for leukocytes.

In the blood section, it showed as non hemolysis +10. I’ve added the chart for reference. Could anyone tell me what this means please? Does it mean there are traces of blood?

Sounds like she might have a UTI? I would ask if you can drop a sample off at the GPs?

Thank you. She was seen today and put on antibiotics. We were told off for using home test strips but hey ho; they were right anyway 😂
