10 month old nursing strike

Hello, my almost 10 month old is nearly on day 2 of a nursing strike. He also hasn't pooed for 2 days, although is straining and his nappies aren't as wet as usual which is concerning me. He's mostly his usual happy self during the day, but starts to get very fussy in the evening when his feed is usually due. This evening he didn't want to take any expressed milk from a cup which we have been doing the past 2 days (he never accepted a bottle). I think the strike could be either due to teething as in the past week he's had 2 teeth appear, or 2 days ago he bit my nipple and I automatically yelped which startled him, he hasn't fed since then. I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow, but when do I need to become concerned about dehydration? I've tried lots of skin to skin, a bath together, etc but still no luck, really hoping he feeds again soon 😞 thanks so much in advance. Apologies for the long post.

If he's had 50% fewer wet nappies than usual then that's a concern and he needs to be seen urgently. If he's not that bad I'd give him yogurt and fruit pouches (especially prunes). Will he feed if he's sleepy? Sometimes you can sneak a nipple in 😅
