Weeing whilst on electronics

I’d like to hear from people that have come out the other end of this. My son is 8 and has an overactive bladder. He is on medication for it. It’s well controlled now and he is dry at all times other than when he is watching a tv, iPad or computer. I’m not interested in hearing ideas such as take it away. I’ve done it all. He went months with no screens. As soon as he is back on them even if for half an hour he wees. He knows he is wet. He knows his electronics will be taken away. He knows he has to deal with cleaning up. He knows he is wet and still sits there playing the game. We’ve tried professionals, alarms, banning the electronics, having breaks so his concentration is broken. We’ve tried everything including rewards etc and totalling ignoring it. He doesn’t have adhd or add or anything like that. He isn’t constipated. What I’m interested in is those that went through this before. Have you come out the other side? And if so what sort of age did it happen and was anything in particular helpful or just something they grew out of? Thanks
