What is this rash?

Hi all, was wondering if anyone knows what this rash could be on my 3 year old son?
the pharmacist said it’s nothing to worry about but it really flares up at times. He’s had it for a couple days.

Slapped cheek?

Is it on both cheeks?

Slapped cheek would be my guess too. Does he have other symptoms like runny nose, sore throat, mild fever?

@Yellow23 He did last week but not currently. He has been very tired.
