My 10 year old ds, always done very well in school teachers always praising him, happy, chatty, thirst for knowledge, lots of friends, part of football team and other sports.
The last couple of weeks he has been very very sad! Crying all the time and saying he feels sad but no reason why. Even spoke with his teacher who has noticed he has been of very low mood in school. He's more quiet than usual which is really unlike him he is number 1 chatterbox. It's been heartbreaking to see him like this.
Is this normal hormone changes he could be going through or does it seem like something more? Anyone had a similar experience and have any tips on how to help him through this? Many thanks
