Front teeth

My DS had a stubborn front tooth which wouldn't come out and meant that the new tooth has grown sticking out a bit. His next front tooth is coming through now and it is clear they won't be straight. He keeps putting his bottom lip underneath the one that sticks out because it's more comfortable and I'm concerned that will just make it worse. Is there anything that can be done at this stage or do we have to wait until all his new teeth have come through? He's 6.

It's the sort of thing that can only be fixed by a brace and orthodontist, but yes, you would have to wait until all the adult teeth are though. Wouldn't hurt to speak to your dentist before that though.

Thanks @4and20blackbirds I wish I'd gone private for a 2nd opinion when it first started coming through. Maybe it would have been better to take the baby tooth out when I first saw it. He's such a handsome boy and me and DH have good teeth so I didn't expect any different for DS 🙈
