2 month old with tummy issues

Hoping someone has experienced something similar and can help me.
My baby boy is 2 months old and is really struggling with his tummy.
He’s on Comfort milk as Aptamil made him constipated, currently moving from Aptamil Comfort to Cow & Gate Comfort as it seems to be the same ingredients but cheaper.
He struggled with gas for weeks and would be up through the night in pain, I took him to a cranial osteopath which eased the gas but he now strains all through the night. He poos regularly, everyday and they are big soft poos, but he spends hours trying to get it out. I have to give him massages to help him.
I also hear the milk hitting his tummy and he’s clearly in discomfort taking his bottle (but not every time), he will spit it out and I have to put it back in his mouth about 10 times.
Doctors and health professionals tell me he’s just learning how to work his body but my gut is telling me something is wrong.

It may be health professionals haven't done that well with their explanations - there are longer explanations under the heading "infant dyschezia" if you search for that phrase.

Thank you @Unseenentity, this is what I thought but he’s had it for so long and some websites say it should only last a week or 2. Hopefully I see a difference in the next couple of weeks.

Comfort milk also makes them constipated as it thickens everything.
