Stomach bug?.. one vomit and then fine

My daughter attends nursery. One of the children in her room was sent home sick on Thursday. She was sick once last night and the slept through. Been fine all day and eating well. Now complaining of stomach pain again.
Does this sound like a stomach bug? Not sure what’s going on!

Yep we've had stomach bugs that have just caused one vomit. And they were bugs because one child had it, then a couple of days later the other child, then a couple of days later DH.

If there's been vomiting at her nursery I'd assume it's a bug, and it's just not affecting her too badly

Me and ds both had this last week, both only sick once and felt felt nauseous for a couple of days.
