My three year old had chicken pox last week. All of his spots have scabbed and he is back at nursery today. After school I noticed a spot on his ankle. It looks like it's infected. This was a chicken pox spot last week. Should I pop it or leave it or get antibiotics? Not sure what to do because he seems fine other than this.
