My daughter is the same age as your little one and she has this same problem I have been to the doctor countless times over it !! It could be a lot of things really - heat rash, food allergy or some sort of detergent or fabric allergy, dermatitis and so on. Babies skin is so sensitive so it could be anything I would advice going and getting it checked out by GP. We were given steroid cream that unfortunately didn’t work for us so we have to go back for blood test 💔 does she seem to be itching it or be bothered by it atall ?? It looks very like dermatitis to me but I’m no expert I hope it gets sorted soon there is nothing worse than seeing your child going through something like this and we don’t know what is causing it 🩷

She doesn’t seem to be bothered by it at all, doctors are trying to say it’s because she currently had a viral infection but it’s passed and it’s still happening, it’s just so strange. Thank you so much for your reply 🩷
