Weird head shape

I'm quite concerned about my baby's head shape. It's been this way ever since she was 4 weeks old and now she is 11 weeks. It's very long and sticks out at the back. Is there something wrong with her?

Have you spoken to your health visitor? Did she have her six-week GP check?

She's had her 6 weeks check and we've met the health visitor but I never brought up her head shape and they never said anything themselves either

Hey any update on this? My DD has a similar headshape.

@Worrywort97 Her head shape was long because she was laying her head on her sides. I started to encourage her to look up towards the ceiling with the help of toys so the back of her head was flat against surface. I added pillows on both sides to keep this position while she was supervised during naps. I would also lay a thin sheet on the floor and lay her down so she would get more pressure on the back of her head rather than laying her in a bouncer or on the bed. Her headshape is fine now. She's 7 months. It did take a couple months. I wish I started earlier because I would have seen quicker results and wouldn't be worrying as much
