8 month old being sick more

My 8 month old the last 3 weeks has been sick more after bottles. He’s always been a happy spitter but the last 3 weeks he’s been gradually getting worse, like forceful stinky sick up to 3 hrs after a feed. He seems fine in himself. He’s on 2x solids a day and will be moving to 3 next week when he starts nursery.

I just don’t know why it’s suddenly got worse ? He’s not even drinking that much milk either. He’s been off them but having solids happily.
I have a few theories but not sure if they’re just silly?

  1. because he’s started crawling on his stomach it’s forcing the sick back out of his stomach as I can’t keep him upright after feeds anymore as he’s just off!
  2. He’s dribbling loads, could this be causing his stomach acid to play up and make his reflux worse?
  3. im worried he might have swallowed something, my other little boy is always leaving little tiny toys around and im constantly cleaning up after him as my baby is putting anything in his mouth he could find, but surely if it was serious he wouldn’t be eating food etc ?
I feel like if I take him to gp he will just say it’s usual baby stuff as he’s weeing and pooing okay?

has anyone else’s baby been through a phase like this ??
