Poorly toddler

Hi

I feel horrendously guilty. My toddler only ever wants me when poorly, however I have had to leave him to go to work as last year I took 4 seperation occasions off. He is with his daddy and his dad tells me he's fine now but I feel terrible leaving him so upset. Work expect me to arrange alternative childcare arrangements when he is poorly i.e dad takes time off however I can't help but feel bad as he needs me :(
