Blue veins on toddler’s face

My 19 month old son has 2 prominent blue veins running across his temple. It looks like two blue felt tip pen lines. GP has said that there is nothing to worry about and I’m truly thankful it is nothing serious but other children and people comment and this upsets me. Has anyone else’s toddler has this? My son is very fair with blue eyes. Will the blue facial veins fade? I just worry for him.

Yes this is really common In pale kids it's will go. Both my girls are blonde blue eyes and had veins like this and they faded

My younger son had the same thing on his cheek when he was 2yo. It seemed to come up overnight! GP said same, nothing to worry about and it would fade over time. It used to be really noticeable and ppl would often comment on it. He's much older now and it only shows up when he's exercising or very warm. In fact I'd practically forgotten about it.

There seem more today. I’m starting to feel anxious. Yes, they just seemed to come up over night!

DS had one between his eyebrows. Became entirely invisible by the time he started school.
