Feeding refusal 3 month old

My baby is 3 months old and refuses to eat. She has been this way for some time now. I had to exclusively express for a while as she wasn’t feeding well on the breast, we have weaned her on to formula but unless asleep she refuses to eat. The difficultly is she doesn’t sleep much in the daytime. It’s a constant battle to get her to drink.

we really need some help now, anyone got any advice?

Are you mixed feeding or just bottle feeding now?

Is she getting so overtired that it's making her not feel hungry maybe? Also, what is she like for wind? Mine was awful for trapped wind and if I hadn't managed to get it all out there was no chance of him taking his bottle. Mine was FF from the start with cmpa which we switched his formula at 3 weeks

How is her weight gain? What do the health vistor and doctor think, if this has been going on a while?
Could there be something in her mouth or ears that is uncomfortable? (For mine, it was the ears.)

We ended up in hospital overnight as she was refusing to eat. Managing to get her to take 6 bottles a day roughly 750mls per day and she’s now 11lbs 7
she does have very waxy ears, they checked for tongue tie but fine there.

i mix fed her but now purely formula with added vanilla extract to help with flavour x

Now purely bottle fed with formula but I had to express before due to lack of volume

My daughter was breastfeed but dropped down to second length feeds due to silent reflux and delayed food allergies. She's 4 now and still stops eating when her reflux is playing up or she has been exposed to her allergens
