Advice please on mosquito bite

we just got back from a holiday in Italy and my DD who’s 19 months got eaten alive by mosquitoes. It didn’t look so bad at first but today looks like this . she is absolutely fine in herself

Are they a little raised? We live in france and constantly have mossi bites.
The kids and mine occasionally look like this if we have been irritating them too much. If babe is itching them alot that could cause them to look huge and red. But to be sure and for peace of mind you can go se the doctor. They might be able to prescribe something topical, or maybe you could self give an antihistamines that's suitable for age of babe. You should be able to get one over the counter

Look alright but if you're worried go into the pharmacy and ask for them to have a look. Aloe vera helps mine
